Orders & Payment
Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.
We accept payment by Stripe, Stripe payment link, and PayPal. Available payment methods may vary depending on the order and will be shown at checkout or provided directly by Secret Hair Solution ApS.
Any payment fees, delivery costs, customs/import fees, or other charges will be displayed before the order is completed.
When an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that all information is correct and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if payment cannot be completed, if incorrect information has been provided, or if the order cannot be fulfilled.
UK Customs & Import Fee
As the United Kingdom is not part of the European Union, all UK orders are subject to customs and import processing.
Secret Hair Solution ApS charges an 11% customs and import fee on all UK orders. This fee is used to cover the applicable customs, import duties, and related import handling costs paid by Secret Hair Solution ApS in connection with shipping the order to the United Kingdom.
The customer will not be charged separately by Secret Hair Solution ApS for customs duties already covered by this fee.
In the event that UK customs authorities, courier companies, or other third parties apply charges that are outside the customs and import costs covered by Secret Hair Solution ApS, we will contact the customer before taking further action where possible.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, holidays, stock availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
If an item is delayed or unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Secret Hair Solution ApS is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier companies, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our reasonable control.
Product Information
We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, colours, availability, and other information on the website are accurate.
However, we reserve the right to correct errors, including but not limited to pricing errors, typing errors, image errors, stock errors, product description errors, import fee errors, and technical errors.
If an error affects your order, we will contact you and give you the option to continue with the corrected information or cancel the order.
Custom Made / Special Orders
Custom made or specially ordered products may have longer delivery times.
By placing an order for a custom made or special product, you accept that the product is produced or ordered specifically for you. Such products may not be eligible for return or cancellation unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
Estimated delivery times for custom made products will be shown or communicated where possible.
Returns
Returns are only accepted by prior agreement.
Before returning any item, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery or without tracking.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If the returned product has been used, damaged, altered, opened, or is otherwise not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount.
Shipping costs, customs fees, import fees, handling fees, and payment fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

If bank transfer reimbursement is necessary, we may ask for your bank details in order to complete the refund.
Complaints & Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.
We may ask you to return the product so that we can assess the issue. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair, refund, or another agreed remedy.
We do not refund costs related to hair attachment, salon services, fitting, removal, or third-party services unless expressly agreed in writing.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order information is correct, including name, company name, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number, and VAT/import information where relevant.
Secret Hair Solution ApS is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, customs issues, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secret Hair Solution ApS is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, delays caused by third parties, customs delays, courier delays, or other losses outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Force Majeure
Secret Hair Solution ApS is not responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, transport disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemics, technical failures, supplier delays, or government actions.
